it really feels like a game that would be on an arcade, just like donkeykong or pacman. Love how even the screen border looks like the old arcade machines, which is very cool :3

Homecoming

while this might not be seen as a traditional game to some people (they should read the description...), i believe its a good short introduction story to one :]
the art is cute. i love the use of simple shapes in these drawings. And the music is so good too. Im such a sucker for anyhing that sounds like a music box, it almost feels like this is a book that someone is reading outloud for me
whether this is made for a bigger project or its just a quick game, i really liked it :3

Big fan of music boxes too, I've always just thought there were something both innately haunting and nostalgic about that sound, even when I was a kid.

If I end up expanding on this later, it'll probably be in the form of little tangents off the side of the main story. I had originally planned to do that for those that wanted a bit more background detail, but I really didn't imagine anything beyond the point where this ends.
